This combo sounds uber-yummy. Thank you so much!

And to answer your question - yes, I've been an ovo-lacto vegetarian most of my life, with an occasional foray into seafood; and after my celiac dx, I added a little chicken to my menu.

But now - with so many protein sources verboten [and my iron low], I have tried grass-fed beef - twice. And it agrees with me. :)

So this recipe is perfect!

You rock, A-Girl.

xoxo

KarinaK Allrichhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02967274458508952874noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32458049.post-8990915227291902322007-07-03T11:27:00.000-04:002007-07-03T11:27:00.000-04:00well remember it's just a suggestion, she can adap...well remember it's just a suggestion, she can adapt the recipe, and she's such an able cook. but i totlaly hear you, when i posted this i had a thought of oh gee is she a vegetarian?!

ps loved your wedding pix!Allergic Girl®https://www.blogger.com/profile/14903866598372396735noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32458049.post-84354509902201262332007-07-03T11:25:00.000-04:002007-07-03T11:25:00.000-04:00Sounds like a yummy salad.
