Basic Beef Meatball Recipe: Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Fish-Free


Beefy, juicy meatballs using a no-recipe recipe. (No recipe because I just threw this together using a base meatball recipe from the New York Times.)

Basic Beef Meatball Recipe: Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Fish-Free

Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

1 pound ground chuck 
1 ounce parmesan, minced
1 garlic glove, minced 
1/4 small red onion, minced 
1 handful of parsley, chopped
1 scrambled egg. 
1 tsp salt

Mix together. Form into approximately 1 ounce balls with your hands. 
Yields approx 12. 
Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reads 165. 

Succulent, juicy. You could have on salad like me for a #lowcarb dinner or add to tomato sauce to spoon on cooked pasta which I did for my bae and he swooned with joy.
