Udi’s Gluten-Free, Expo East, 2010

So new it’s not even at the website yet is Udi’s cinnamon bread and cinnamon raisin bagels. I had a chance to talk with them at this year's Natural Products Expo East.

Sounds fantastic! I had a lovely safe meal at a friend's just last week and did a similar preparation with them regarding my needs. Everything went without a hitch! And the dinner was healthier that way to boot :)
