How wonderful. I would love a recipe for Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing that I can feed my whole family without having to cook two or three different versions. My daughter is allergic to dairy and peanuts, my Dad is a celiac and my mom can't eat any nuts or seeds. I could also send this to school for sharing and not exclude anyone!
